After 24 years any mystery surrounding the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman is over ... because O.J. Simpson confessed.
Fox aired "O.J. Simpson: The Lost Confession?" Sunday night and Simpson walked author Judith Regan through what happened on June 12, 1994. He starts out adamant -- he was just talking hypothetically, which is weird, because if he didn't do it what's his basis for creating the hypothetical.
Simpson starts by talking about his "friend Charlie" ... whom he says for some reason went to Nicole's to snoop around. He says Charlie came over to Simpson's home, told him what was going on and Simpson responded, "Whatever is going on it's gotta stop!" Unfortunately, Regan didn't ask Simpson what Charlie said was going on.
Simpson says, hypothetically, he and Charlie drove to Nicole's with a cap, gloves and a knife under the seat and parked in the alley. Simpson says he walked around the property and Ron Goldman appeared, saying he was at the restaurant where Nicole dined and was returning the sunglasses her mom left behind.

So a punk like him just kills them both.
I suspect you might know this, but Fuhrman saw the fingerprint with his boss Ronald Philips (because they were the ones available, Fuhrman and Phillps took the case and were first on the scene) they both saw the bloody thumbprint on the gate and entered it into their notes. When the high profile case was transferred to the two supposedly better qualified dectectives Tom Lange and Philip Vannatter, in the hand-over process, he pointedly mentioned the print and told him it was in the notes.
The two detective ignored the notes, forgot about the print, and it was washed off.
When questioned later why he didn’t tell Lange and Vannatter to get the print recorded, he bristled at the question, and said he told them about it and had it prominently featured in the case transfer notes, which was more than enough. For him to have said “You better get that recorded blah blah blah...” would have been insulting and unprofessional to Lange and Vannatter. (kind of like one surgeon handing off a patient to another, and saying something like “You better stitch up that bleeding vessel using the Heinerockker Techinque” (just made that up, don’t skewer me!) to which the other surgeon might sarcastically respond “Yeah. Sure. I’m sure if you hadn’t reminded me of exactly what to do, that patient would have bled to death.”
Shameful, but not Fuhrman’s fault. They should have let him keep the case that morning, and none of this would have happened. Instead, they gave it to two “celebrity” detectives, and the rest is history.
I turned it off before it was over. Had more than I could stomach. Did they reveal who they thought took OJ’s bloody clothes & disposed of them?
I suspect Robert Kardashian-—the father of the current media Kardashians.
The same happened in my high school.
It is rather sad really.
You know, after the verdict was made, they asked the Chief of Police if there were other suspects that they were investigating, he abruptly stated “nope.”
Charlie is OJ's conscience.
Charlie is the guy who encouraged him.
According to the medical examiner Nicole got hit on the head and was probably knocked out, then she was slashed about four times in the chest.
Then Ron Goldman walks in and sees what is happening. The killer goes to him and starts slashing. Intense fight.
Then the killer goes back to Nicole and nearly cuts her head off.
Only three blood samples were at the scene and in his Bronco - Nicole's, Ron's and OJ's.
Yeah, "Charlie" did it.
At least they could have a clean start
Agreed. The defense may have accused Fuhrman of doing things that he didn’t do, but Fuhrman opened himself up for it with his arrogant, cynical bragging on those tapes. Any cop who goes on tape saying what Fuhrman said should be fired or at least disciplined. That is EXACTLY the way that solid cases get overturned. If he really was the smart, experienced cop that his defenders claimed that he was, he should have known that.
In case you missed this from July 24, 2017, as I had.
If I am not mistaken, the District Attorney at that time was Gil Garcetti. He is the father of the current Mayor of Los Angeles, Gil.
does TMZ need to be excerpted?
Make that Eric.
Yup. Same thing in my Platoon at Ft. Sill.
Yeah, once they moved it an acquittal was a foregone conclusion. Any jury outside of downtown LA, would have voted to convict in a heartbeat.
That’s true, unless Fuhrman was doing what he claimed, that the author or screenwriter was telling him to “spice things up”. The defense used similar tactics and was never called out for it. They “Blacked up” OJ’s house before the jury tour. They replaced the pictures on the wall, with pictures of MLK and placed African art about the place, that wasn’t there before.
O.J. was the “whitest” black man in America before the murder.
Raise your hand if you needed a confession to know OJ was guilty? :-)
Yup.
There are pictures of Jason wearing a knit cap very much like the knit cap at the crime scene. He also had a history of attacking an ex-boss or gf or someone with a knife.
Charlie = Jason Simpson.
See above.
