Democrats complete to build their 2018 platform with an eye to 2020. First eliminate the crumbs tax break for Americans and now eliminate ICE. Well two out of three legs have been exposed. What is the third leg? Probably outlaw the NRA and the Second Amendment. The perfect trifecta to a stunning victory! Well maybe in San Francisco, New York or Chicago.

The Bill of Rights can't be modified or repealed, without invalidating the entire Constitution.

The history is clear.

The statements made in the Bill of Rights supported and validated the original Constitution.
No support, no Constitution.

Any action by anyone, including the Supreme Court, modifying or changing the status of the Bill of Rights would be an aberration, and invalid. A shooting war offense.

The equivalent of Great Britain repealing the Magna Carta.
