My first job was for Casey Kasem transcribing 60 min cassettes (wow that ages me) of music stars verbatim so they could pick which 30 second blurb to air on his countdown show. Best thing was getting to hear these interviews of some real amazing stars. Second best thing, I was paid by the hour to type at home and I was a slow typist! I had to write down every bad word, every “uhh,” every sound. So they could pick the clearest parts.Wow, how did you get that job? I imagine it could have been awesome--or horrible depending on who you had to transcribe, lol.

I thought Thaddeus was just so-so, but I guess we’ll see people getting weeded out soon enough.
When Rissa said apache Idol, I thought whaaaat? She;s good though.
Does anyone know if there are going to be and major changes to how the show progresses past the auditions?
