It appears from this brief item that the conflict was between the Sisters and the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.
This story reeks. Nuns don’t own property and I doubt they would have any say in buying or selling church property.
The five muskateers decided they wanted to do Vegas? Too funny...
The Archdiocese of Los Angeles sued to block the sale in 2015, arguing the nuns did not have authority to sell the property to Hollister.
...
So the dispute is really between the archdiocese and the nuns.
This is non-news. It is a shame the sisters have to see their ex-convent be owned by someone they believe lacks morals and therefore is not deserving, but they have no right to interfere in the legal sale from the rightful owner, which is the arch diocese.
Beyond that, don’t the sisters understand what goes on inside hotels?
Hookers plying their trade.
Illicit drug use.
Orgies and other crazed sex parties.
Women sleeping over waiting to have abortions the next day.
Devil worship.
Oh wait, that describes Katy Perry’s house too.
For a moment, I thought it was Miley Cyrus.
Is there anything that distinguishes one actress in New Hollywood from another?
St. Peter just put another black mark by Perry’s name.
Katy Perry once sang gospel.
She got bitter about something, and now acts to actively harm christians.
Satan’s little helper (Katy Perry) wins.
