The projections for the grand solar minimum that we are in indicates that the growing seasons are likely to be shorter.

Also the corn belt etc. shifting slightly south. Possible more snowy and cold on the NE Coast. I have no idea if that’s correct. The info/proofs they gave was over my head.

I have 5 cans of Sloppy Joe sauce in the emergency food supply.

2-3 need to be used up this year. So it’s going to be a Sloppy Joe spring.

Before I even heard about the GSM, I started building a couple greenhouses. One will be fully insulated and heated, the other will be heated and cooled with Geothermal, air to air system that I'm building now. All will be powered by solar electricity. If anyone is interested I can post some pics.

I have several fruit trees growing, Mango, Lemon, Lime, Avocado. Lots of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and of course the veggies. I also grow lots of butternut squash because its so good and lasts for a long time. I still have a couple from last summer ready to cook!
