That does look like a fisher - a big one. However, what’s it doing in Russia? Fishers are not native to Asia IIRC.
What is that and where was the picture taken?
Maybe they were always there.......or it could be a transplant [escaped fro private zoo/menagerie, etc], or it might be a black fox................
