I have to believe that picture is an exaggeration since they only weigh between 8 and 13 lbs..........I had a 15 lb. cat and that picture is at least twice the size of my cat......

Possibly. Any creature who can survive in Northern Canada can survive in Siberia. A small population of fishers could escape detection due to the sheer vastness of the Tiaga region and because of the natural elusiveness of most of the weasel family.
