When even Never-Trumper Ben Shapiro (among countless others) calls it a coup attempt, the overwhelming likelihood is that it’s a coup attempt:

No way Trump isn’t aware of Q so one has to assume that his lack of attacks on Q means he finds Q useful....
Dream on. It is indeed a coup attempt. The only reason Mueller and his co conspirator Rosenstein have not been removed by Trump, is that the GOP leadership made it clear to Trump that they would see that as impeachable. They also gave the same protection to Sessions. Its a coup.
How minutely is it assumed that Trump studies Q? It’s one thing to be aware of a poster on 8chan who ostensibly supports Trump [and there is no actual *evidence* that Trump even knows this much; it’s all part of a long chain of assumptions] and quite another to know that ‘Q’ is cheerleading for Sessions, Rosenstein and Mueller.
I can't see how Q is of any benefit to the Dems or they would be pushing it.
Lack of reaction to Q only means that reacting isn't considered helpful at this time - or maybe ever. It's either helpful, hurtful or benign and one might assume that the reactions/lack of reactions are considered the most useful actions/lack of actions for the circumstance - I didn't see the Q sign that Trump was supposed to have made but to assert Q is a Deep State tool is about as nonsensical as putting all one's eggs in the Q basket.
For all I know or care, Q is a smart 14 year old having a lot of fun and not worth pushing or quelling.

Again, there are two levels of knowing about Q. It is possible—sans any actual evidence—to assume that Trump has heard of Q. He *may* (or may not) know that an anonymous poster on 8chan claims to support Trump.
There is absolutely ZERO evidence that Trump knows Q is shilling for Sessions, Rosenstein and Mueller. To believe that requires taking on blind faith that Trump is deeply engaged in the Q operation. No evidence supports this assumption.
The greatest threat Trump faces right now is an open-ended, endlessly funded, unsupervised, never-ending witch hunt spearheaded by a longtime Hillary-fixer and populated by Hillary partisans. Trump has been told that he’s liable to be charged with obstruction for firing Comey. That makes it politically near-impossible/unsurvivable for him to fire Sessions or Rosenstein. The anti-Trumpers have him in a box and they keep tightening the screws.
The politically-driven Mueller investigation has Trump hamstrung, and it shows no signs of stopping. It’s as insidious as anything I’ve seen in my lifetime.

When I said “removed”, I should have said “removed as a threat”, not necessarily fired.
When Trump sees someone as real threat, he destroys them through a relentless negative branding campaign that has been stunningly effective. I agree that if Trump wanted Sessions, Mueller or Rosenstein gone, firing them would not be the smart play - but he has other ways of removing threats - and after a year he still hasn’t bothered.
If I’m wrong, then when will this coup take place? Wouldn’t it have happened by now?

The usual ways Trump has of dealing with threats don’t entail throwing gasoline on Mueller’s obstruction probe:

Sessions was the first sitting Senator to endorse Trump and no one worked harder to get him elected president, but it was all a clever ruse to get him removed immediately after taking office?

Why did Sessions, while supposedly supporting Trump, breathe new life into Cruz campaign (at a crucial juncture) via a wholesale lie? I.e.:, Sessions stated as fact that Cruz had singlehandedly stopped amnesty. It was an easily provable lie.
I’m no fan of Mueller, but do you realize he (Mueller) was interviewed by Trump 24 hours before his appointment as Special Counsel?
There may be more going on than meets the eye.

You are 100% correct. That’s why I stated “there may be more going on than meets the eye.” I never claimed to have insider knowledge. I simply stated many times that I trust Trump and Sessions.
And by the way, there isn’t a shred of evidence that Sessions is trying to overthrow the president either...
I was thinking the same thing. Just like the Beatles, Trump seems to love to yank everyone's chain on the conspiracy theories.
