The residents of Sungai Buloh, Selangor were greeted with an unwelcome guest when a wild boar sneaked into the neighborhoods mosque on Tuesday night.
A mosque-goer was injured by the wild boar amidst the ruckus at Masjid Jamek Sungai Plong.
The mosques imam Ungku Ahmad Hazwan Ungku Kamarudin said that the incident happened as worshippers were performing additional prayers after Maghrib prayers.
Our mosque was visited by a male wild boar who had gotten lost in the mosques grounds. It subsequently started chasing mosque-goers and children in the grounds. It then went into the mosque and we could see that it had hurt its neck.
Ungku Ahmad Hazwan added that the wild boar also hit two motorcycles in the grounds of the mosque before being shot by a member of the mosque with a shotgun.
The Sungai Plong police station was also contacted to help diffuse the situation, he added.
A spokesperson at the Sungai Plong police station confirmed the incident.
Ungku Ahmad Hazwan said that three quarters of the hall and veranda of the mosque were affected by the incident.
The mosques management has contacted the Selangor Muftis Office (JMNS) to help handle the issue.
JMNS will come by to do an evaluation on proper cleaning (sertu) of the mosque.
Right now, the prayers in the mosque are being carried out as usual at the part of that was not affected, he said.
This is the best news story in ages.
How do you cleanse a mosque?
Did the Muslim police refuse to touch the pig?
If the police did so, did they lose the possibility of their 70 virgins?
Boars and pigs are in the same family. As far as I can see, it’s only crime is not bowing toward mecca.
Looks like they had a “visitation”, to me.
Let the World’s boars know that their Sanctuary Cities are the mosques. The only critter the satan/allah cult won’t touch, eat or f*ck.
Our GOD does have a sense of humor, doesn’t He?
Mark 5:1-20
5 They came to the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gerasenes. 2 When He got out of the boat, immediately a man from the tombs with an unclean spirit met Him, 3 and he had his dwelling among the tombs. And no one was able to bind him anymore, even with a chain; 4 because he had often been bound with shackles and chains, and the chains had been torn apart by him and the shackles broken in pieces, and no one was strong enough to subdue him. 5 Constantly, night and day, he was screaming among the tombs and in the mountains, and gashing himself with stones. 6 Seeing Jesus from a distance, he ran up and bowed down before Him; 7 and shouting with a loud voice, he *said, [a]What business do we have with each other, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I implore You by God, do not torment me! 8 For He had been saying to him, Come out of the man, you unclean spirit! 9 And He was asking him, What is your name? And he *said to Him, My name is Legion; for we are many. 10 And he began to implore Him earnestly not to send them out of the country. 11 Now there was a large herd of swine feeding [b]nearby on the mountain. 12 The demons implored Him, saying, Send us into the swine so that we may enter them. 13 Jesus gave them permission. And coming out, the unclean spirits entered the swine; and the herd rushed down the steep bank into the sea, about two thousand of them; and they were drowned in the sea.
Hope the pig took a big dump on the prayer rug.
Pig in a Mosque....
And goat-humping muzzies are clean?
Now that’s funny:-)
This is pretty funny, except for the boar being shot.
They’re not going to take it. Any more.
May that boar’s pack increase.
Yes, the more bullets the more diffuse the boar.
OMGhate crime!!!!!!
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL! Pig in the mosque. It needs to be burned to the ground and never built on again after a pig desecrated it.
