I dont know where you are getting that from. Just as our Constitutions Bill of Rights does not protect such crimes, neither would a properly drafted Internet Bill of Rights.
Q is supporting the IBOR to prevent the censorship of ideas that is now taking place, especially conservative ideas. Its not about leniency for pedophiles and criminal activity.
