Is this possible that some form of surrender was met with Kims Yo Jong and these were put in place for the Protection of NK and information. Remember China also massed troops at the border of NK. All the media spewing doom and gloom but really was it for the protection of the people and assets in NK needed for Military Tribunals. Also remember oil being transported to NK and what else....was this all sanctioned? Was it all over at this point.
