Really, though, I can’t imagine anyone wanting to wear a bullet resistant vest in Texas in the summer for long. Those vests are terrible in hot weather, and sweat is not good for the vests.

Austin TX is liberal owing to the mass migration of Califlowers from Silicon Valley to the tech industry located in the tri-county area. Much cheaper to live in Austin than anywhere around the BAy area. Even if you have to put up with Texans....
