This comment caused me to connect a dot. Do you remember the Mr Limpet program from the sixties? A man turned into a fish with glasses and was used to track enemy subs. Maybe they have reinstituted this program to track down that rogue Argentinian submarine? Ahh, good old Don Knotts!
