Can you explain the “No”?

I see much of this as being exactly like the Cake/homosexual issue. You basically have a business making a decision that they don’t want to business with “those people”.

A business is either allowed to make that call, or is not allowed to make that call. Last I heard, you had to bake the cake.

I do not see guns as being any different.

These claims are defined by statute. The cake guy was sued under a Colorado statute prohibiting places of public accommodation from discriminating on the basis of sexual orientation.

There is no federal statute prohibiting places of public accommodation from discriminating on the basis of age—Title II only prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, or national origin. The only federal age discrimination claim is for employment discrimination. There are some states (I think 19) that have statutes prohibiting age discrimination for places of public accommodation. You would have to look at your state’s laws.
