Authorities say a man accused of riding a horse on a freeway in Southern California was arrested for driving under the influence.
The California Highway Patrol says Luis Perez of Placentia had a blood-alcohol level of more than double the legal limit when they allege he took his horse on the 91 Freeway.
We get a chuckle out of the interesting situations we encounter from time to time, but one thing the CHP does not do is horse around with DUI, the CHP said on its Twitter account.

>>If youre not married, you seriously need to date more..<<
I’ll take that as a compliment ;)
Best headline of the day.
On the 91, youre probably right.
Whiskey for my men, beer for my horses... Someone taking the Toby Keith song too seriously?
Since you “ride” a horse, how can you be given a ticked for driving (DUI)? Every DUI or DWI statute I’ve ever seen references operating a “vehicle”. Wouldn’t there have to be a separate statute for riding a horse?
Kid Shelleen -Lee Marvin-RIP.
Of course his birth date and date of death.
That is what is on his headstone at Arlington. Purple heart, battle of Saipan.

Move to Antarctica.
Don’t make them like that any more.
Nope.
Another one was Charles Durning. Was in the fist wave at Normandy and later was supposed to have escaped the Malmedy killing-although I cant seem to confirm that one, so many stories.
There was another little known actor that was in the military and did undercover duty behind the lines in Europe. This guy was supposed to have been in a pub when a bunch of German officers came in and started toasting to Hitler and all that. He promptly hoisted a toast to the USA and FDR and told the bastards to go to hell and drank it up and wheeled it out the back door disappearing.
I cant find his name.
Hell, all of them did their part if they were able to. John Wayne couldnt because of his back, but did as much as he could in cinema and victory drives.
lol
Just for that its the glue factory for you.
