I love a happy ending, but Mom really needs to spend some time at a gun range working on her aim.
Yeah, sure glad it turned out OK but some training would really be in order. And maybe not stash the guns right beside the cash drawer, the perp had to have his hands six inches away from them. Also not sure of the wisdom of locking a wounded animal in the store with me.
But a good ending, except for the obvious.
True, she need to get to the range...
The mom may not have been trying to kill, got him with all five shots. Daughter needs a revolver like ma.
The real reason why libturds hate people carrying guns and using them - too many of their constituents end up getting shot.
Lack of training and poor advice on caliber nearly killed one or both of these women.
Daughter fired into the perp with mother in his shadow as well, but had the prior issues been remedied in advance the perp would never have been engaging hand-to-hand.
I’m not going to address the matter of locking the perp in the store; that will be sorted out in the courts, unfortunately likely at their great expense. Sound security consult would have prevented the perp from being able to reenter the store and prompt the shooting confrontation, given that they were unprepared for a hooded perp entering the store...another matter I’m not going to address beyond mention.
One thing’s for sure: These 2 gals definitely have more cajones between them than the 4 deputies at Parkland.
There are a LOT of lessons from this encounter; hopefully someone addresses them all and the summary saves lives, deterring such robberies in the future.
Fortunately for these women this was a low-intellect robber.
I’ll marry the mom tomorrow!
