Think about those pictures and video of the duffel bag being loaded into the white pickup truck, when you read this:

Teacher grazed by Parkland shooter's bullet: 'Shooter was in full metal garb, helmet, face mask, bulletproof armor, shooting a rifle I never seen before'

There have been no reports about this Cruz kid bring all of that gear with him in the Uber. All that we have been told was that he had the rifle in a carry bag and a back pack with him. Has there been any documentation of him buying all of that gear?

In the transcript of the call before the shooting to the FBI bottom of page #3 “he bought all these rifles and ammo and posted the pictures on instagram”

bottom of page #4 “he dresses up like a ninja or an ISIS guy and he has pictures of rifles and everything on instagram”

also mentions a bag ammunition knives etc several times during the call.

I believe the “monitor” that observed Cruz said the firing started about a minute after he made the observation. He didn’t say anything about kevlar or armour. He gave a description that matched the arrest one hour later. So how and when did this guy change clothing? where did he leave the kevlar and weapons? No mention in arrest report except “one gun found at scene”.
