Some listings are included purely for Informational purposes and others are listed because people have mentioned them in thread as if Q has referred to them, although my search of the Q documents did not uncover a referent. Those last I have listed with (N.F.). As usual, if you notice I have omitted a referent, please let me know and I will add it for a later update.
