How was this demonic loon allowed to walk around this school, firing numerous rounds, and then leave before being dealt with? The longer term question, is the role of Leftist social engineering in undermining the normal incentives to acceptable behavior in so many of our youth today.
Even if this individual were too far gone to have ever had normal psychological incentives to elemental decency, one suspects that being surrounded by a culture where the normal aspirations of youth--both male & female--were accepted norms, might have had at least some inhibiting role in how he acted out his sociopathic inclinations.
