Wow! I don’t know Brenden Dilly but I’ve heard others say he’s good. I LOVE the thought of 12 military tribunals of 12 members each. It squares with information I encountered a few months ago saying that National Guard members were being trained as MP for GITMO and then more specific info indicating NG was also training staff to support tribunals. That information was “derived” so I didn’t set much hope on it. Lots of study re GITMO at that time, right down to bandwidth used on network (how do citizens get THAT info) suggested people in place receiving daily training/meetings at scheduled times.
I was particularly interested in information between 5:36 and 9:00 minute mark because I hadn’t hear it elsewhere.
Overall, as people have repeatedly told me Dilly is fairly good, WOW!!!

EO 13223 give the President / Sec of Army/Navy/AF/Trans(CG) power to call up the reserves in an emergency.
Trump’s amendment to to EO 13223 allows him to also re-actived RETIRED military. This gives him vastly more manpower. (Also some of us old geezers are very loyal patriots,already hopping mad and ready to fight.)
That VASTLY increases our fighting strength.
So here’s my Q-like question: Why would Trump feel the need to add this amendment?
