Russia was banned from competing in the Winter Olympics this year, but not really banned ~ they are NOT really Russian, they are “Olympic Athletes From Russia.” I don't get it...

Russia was banned from being represented, but they’re trying not to punish the innocent athletes by allowing the ones that weren’t connected to the doping AND pass lots of tests to participate without representing Russia. It’s a good move, for too often in these things the ones who really get punished had nothing to do with it, they just happen to be the next group of people on the team that got caught.
