Really dumb. It’s a long jump from silicon oil, which is in a great many things, to a “chemical found in McDonald’s fries”. Sure it’s in the fry oil. But it’s in a million other things too. Stupid to pick that out and put in a headline.

I guess the thing I want to know is if silicon is bad for me to eat - I can’t eat at McDonalds anymore its just too well ... never mind, but I can’t imagine eating silicon is good for you. Perhaps it’s inert and does nothing.
