When and if this happens and hopefully it is today, how and where will it be released?
I want to be monitoring the correct place because I cant wait
And media can speculate and perhaps reveal "leakers".
The committee gets to release it. The full House only gets involved if Trump objects, which he hasn’t.
It will be Monday.

Maybe you are right, but I think people are already bored by the hype and are starting to tune out.
That’s what worries me, this needs to happen NOW. Fwiw Fox News has a banner up on tv saying “Awaiting Fisa Memo Release” but they admit it might be Monday.
I think that if there really is nothing there, that would be for the best. But if there is something big there, it will get a life of its own, even if released on Saturday.
I am seeing people losing interest in the thing. Without knowing why they're dilly-dallying on the release, one might start to wonder if it isn't just more Gowdy-like congressional theater. Odds are, the thing is being over-hyped by just about everybody. The true test of the affair will be if there are consequences other than mindless media prattle.

It was announced today it will be released at the House Intelligence Gov. site.
White House sends it back to the House Committee and lets them release it. If the memo causes the commotion that they hope for then Trump can take credit for it having approved it. If the memo is a dud or blows up then they can deflect blame to Nunez and the committee members.

They could release it at 6 PM Sunday night during the Super Bowl and it wouldn't be forgotten any time soon. Too much hype. On both sides.

Yes, I expect it to be released Monday or Tuesday. It makes no sense to release it on a Friday. All the conservative heavy hitters are Monday-Friday. The deep state heavies are on Sunday. Releasing on Friday just sets the table for the Sunday heavies, stupid.
Actually advantages and disadvantages to both possibilities...and what difference does it make if ‘Congress’ releases it over ‘Trump’ releasing it?
Lets hope it doesn’t crash the site or the internet. I have vivid memories back in the early days of FR (joined in 1997) of massive delays everytime there was a breaking news story.
If the House released it does not have Trump’s finger prints all over it. It is a House document, let the House release it.
Political end game. With The Donald sending it back to the Intel Committee, he gets to put them in the hot seat for the release.
