You are right about this.

In my area, there used to be a guy who rode his motorcycle with his cat; claimed the cat ‘liked’ it.

A cat CAN be like a dog in some ways - trusting its owner enough to do whatever is asked. That doesn’t mean that it’s good for the pet or that they are enjoying it.

I feel the same way when I see people riding on bikes, with their dog on a leash trying to keep up. Dogs aren’t made for that kind of long distance jogging; they’re only doing it because Master asked for it.

If it's animal cruelty, it's self inflicted. Try getting a cat to stay ANYPLACE it doesn't want to be. Not gonna happen.

If they're doing it, they're liking it. Or they wouldn't be doing it.

And if they didn't like it, they certainly wouldn't do it twice.
