This guy is a total jerk and guilty of animal cruelty. First of all, the cats’ eyes are then exposed to wind and particulates, which can dry and irritate them. Secondly and most obvious, if he hits the brakes, they would slide off and perhaps be run over by his own vehicle or another passing car. Third, they are a driver distraction. This guy certainly has S for B.

Cats certainly do like travelling IN cars. I know that for a fact because our cats loved to jump in the car, along with our dog, even when just going to the grocery store etc.
