SNIP
The singer, who joined Fleetwood Mac in 1975, said she and fellow bandmate, Christine McVie, did not experience much sexual harassment over the course of their meteoric careers.
"I think I've been very lucky," she said. "And maybe it's because when I joined Fleetwood Mac, Christine and I made a pact. We said we will never ever be treated like a second class citizen amongst our peers as we get more famous and more famous -- and if we're in a room with famous rock n' roll stars that are men and they treat us that way, we will scream at them and then we'll walk out."
"We've been a force of nature our entire career, so nobody has dared to step over that line to Christine McVie and Stevie Nicks," she continued. "I'm such a raging monster when I'm angry that it would have never worked, so I'm really glad I never had to run into that."
As for the ongoing conversations about pay disparities between men and women in entertainment and across industries, Nicks said she's in full support of those calling for pay equity.
"Fleetwood Mac has two women and we all get paid the same," She said. "And if we didn't, Christine and I would be walking out the door."

But I thought Joe Walsh left her!
I think Petty was before Walsh in the lineup?
Good song but my very favorite is Landslide.
Nicks is a Witch, seriously. She is Wiccan, adheres to the occult as a Witch.
I have always heard this but never heard her admit or discuss it.
This band is legendary. Easily among the top ten rock bands of all time.
Sounds like Grace Kelly.
Well Stevie Nicks, Christine McVie and Lindsay Buckingham were the ones who wrote most of the songs, so their income would be more than John McVie or Mick Fleetwood who didnt write songs due to songwritting royalties
#45 Stevie Nicks sounds like an older Taylor Swift... : )
"I can't believe people are still telling me I'm a witch because I wear black,'' Nicks said in a statement Thursday. The Associated Press, May 30, 1998
Her song Edge of Seventeen was based on something she misheard from Petty's wife.
She just called her music publishing “Welsh Witch,” because she’s Welsh, but she’s not a witch.
I am not surprised.
Her dad used to have corporate accounts at a bank I used to work for and he would come in every so often.
That’s what I was saying. But the two ladies had more singles that sold more.
You’ve heard of Touched By An Angel? Stevie was Passed Around By The Eagles. Apparently even Timothy, who I wasn’t even sure was straight!
I’m pretty sure she was said to have slept with every leading man of hers except Jimmy Stewart, who remained faithful to his wife.
One of the best eps, ever.
Nicks has opened many acts dedicating the performance to Witches around the world.
She wanted to be different, a rebel, into ‘Magick’. But her era of the 70s restricted her coming out, else all the money and fame would dry up. Just like Lennon suffered when he said the Beatles were more popular than Jesus. But at least he gave a heartfelt public apology and admitted he was wrong.
She’s admitted in interviews her fascination with the occult. She’s attempted to hide her involvement by talking about God and Angels. But she’s not a believer.
Lucifer acknowledges the existence of God.
People that subscribe to Lucifer think Lucifer is a good and sympathetic spirit who only objected to God giving Adam the gift of Free Will, that Angels should also have Free Will. When one starts to read that side of existence, those who are not strong in their faith can be ‘sucked in’, just as Adam was.
The devil’s side of the story is that Lucifer persuaded other Angels to this understanding. So started the ‘rebellion’ led by the original rebel.
Nicks is a Luciferian. She is lost.
I’ve met Luciferians who attempt to persuade people that Lucifer is a ‘good guy’ and a great help to Mankind on this Earth - slippery slope. Nicks is of the same mold and I’m not surprised, not shocked. Now if I were to find Alison Krauss was a Luciferian, I would be shocked. Alison’s faith is real by all accounts. She’s the polar opposite of Nicks.
Lindsey Buckingham would STRONGLY disagree!!!
I LOVE that song and FINALLY found a TV show I could fit the lyrics to. Unfortunately, YouTube blocked it. I made it for the Star Trek 2009 remake. It was one of those that they didn’t initally block, but then seemed to find. Sigh.
