I've been reading it slow. And gone back a few times. More questions arise and I go back. And read it slow. He's saying pay close attention to every word and apply what you read to what is happening and watch for what happens. And ask yourself why these things happened and are happening.

I think Q wants people to think about the implications of each of the subsections as they impact the recent past and last eight years' events, not to mention currently occurring history.
