I seem to remember an unpublished list of miscreants....bearing in mind the there are almost 10,000 sealed federal inditments at the end of 2017...10 times the normal end of year number.
There were 39 names in the full list they released it. Every one of them except for one had important relationships with the clintons. The last one was a kidney transplant surgeon.
I think this list is made public to draw attention to the Clinton’s.
I am surprised we have not seen panic in the MSM and DC over this.

Read it again. those thirteen were added specifically, but there are others in the EO that are much more general than those specific individuals. The others included has the members of the cabal in a tizzy fit. Those sections which repeat much of the first section are after Trump declares a national emergency cover a LOT of people. Read it carefully as the Q relates says to do. Pay particular attention to the placement of "and" and "or" between subsections.
It appears it could be made to apply to those involved with Uranium One.
I looked up one guy and it led to an article that stated there were now 52.
