That would start a civil war.

The military has no legal authority to arrest.

And after eight years of Obama, the military is not the same.

There are at least two. One signs Q, one signs 4,10,20

4, 10 , 20 appears to be Trump.

D = 4th letter in the alphabet,
10 = J
20 = T

Ha! You lost me.
The XO was released as soon as the top people, who could find out the US position directly, had settled.
US assets would NOT be protected.

Huh? They didn’t need the XO to seize U.S. assets. They had terrorist statutes in place and they cited them at the time. Stop dancing. We are both idiots. Admit it. I just happen to be a fan boi too.

That was a Q message as well which ended with the 4,10,20.

D is the 4th letter in the Alphabet.

J is the 10th letter in the Alphabet.

T is the 20th letter in the Alphabet.

DJT are Donald John Trump's initials.

But, I will concede you this. IF an executive order can be used retroactively....no wait...I suppose the could seize assets based on a NEW XO any time they want regardless of time of arrest. Why would that matter? Saudis don't have a Constitution.

It is quite possible that you are right, goodman. While your original contention that the purge was the result of the XO was totally off base. You may have just won the sub argument. The XO may be the legal justification IF we didn in fact seize Saudi assets in the U.S. We don't know for sure if we did. But if we did, it is possible you are right.

I will conced the sub point. Nolo contendre. You win. You an idiot. But less of an idiot than I am. And I am still a Q fanboi. So you may chalk this up as a solid win, but not a slaughter.

Hat tip, good man. And ThankQ for the spirited debate. I hope somebody else may have learned something by watching. I did.

Now I must go pout.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act (Public Law 114-328) (the “Act”), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)) (INA), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,

I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the prevalence and severity of human rights abuse and corruption that have their source, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States, such as those committed or directed by persons listed in the Annex to this order, have reached such scope and gravity that they threaten the stability of international political and economic systems. Human rights abuse and corruption undermine the values that form an essential foundation of stable, secure, and functioning societies; have devastating impacts on individuals; weaken democratic institutions; degrade the rule of law; perpetuate violent conflicts; facilitate the activities of dangerous persons; and undermine economic markets. The United States seeks to impose tangible and significant consequences on those who commit serious human rights abuse or engage in corruption, as well as to protect the financial system of the United States from abuse by these same persons.

I therefore determine that serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.

Read the last line slowly “I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat”

It was effective that day

No, the XO was to back up the purge.

If you look through the thread you can see who (whom?)the “idiots and fanbois” remark refers to:
People applying the Q rematks to whatever makes them happy.

The USA is under something like 30 declarations of ‘national emergency’, and has been for years.
