As to what is the big deal if you are not a crook? I was raised to believe that much of your life was just no one’s business unless you chose to share that information.
All my life I have seen things that would never have been possible in the way of invasion of privacy take hold of every day life. I do not support it in any way.
Not long ago I heard about a veteran that was denied medical benefits because he refused to give a physical address of where he lived. He had a post office box and if he would not give a physical address the computer would not accept his information since that was required. An advocate for veterans fought that- and the veteran ended up getting care.
Older generations, like me just felt and feel that not everything is the government’s business and we are entitled to keep some things personal and private. We are supposed to have the freedom to disclose or share personal things, not be forced into it.
It has nothing to do with “unless you are trying to commit crimes” and everything to do with “none of your business” which is how I was raised. Most of what I do is or should be no one’s business.
We have already given up to much freedom in this country, we need to be taking it back- not giving up more and more.

No one is forcing you to fly, very different. I already have federal government ID in my wallet- but I was not forced to get it. Not the same, not at all.
I have to say I am shocked, on a conservative forum so many don’t see an issue with this. The reasoning behind it is bogus- has nothing to do with having the ability to enforce our immigration laws.

Rev 13:18 says that the reader will gain wisdom from the number of the name of the beast. I believe that wisdom will allow those whom God enlightens, his people, to buy and sell without taking the mark of the best.
I believe we don’t know what that wisdom is or how to make use of it until we are faced with those choices.
It is being done on people entering the country legally as well. Again, there is a choice. People who do not agree with that can choose to remain in this country- if they don’t want to give up information required to fly they can choose not to fly.
A lot of people, companies, and agencies are collecting a lot of things, and some people are choosing to go along with it. That is different than forcing every citizen in the United States to get a government ID.
I do not support people being forced to get a national ID. Far to easy to be used against people. Not just against individuals, but against groups, for whatever reason...nope I do not support that. I cannot imagine anyone supporting that.
I believe that “wisdom” is knowing the Mark of the Beast and the Satahic economic system is of Satan.
One of the things I strongly disagree with JB about (have not spoken with him but I DID speak with one of his announcers last year - in person - he no longer works there).
Just because one has 7 years of food, I would not count on surviving the Tribulation / Daniel’s 70th week. Even if you have water and cooking methods.
There will still be taxes, fees, land taxes, etc.

I, as an electrician, worked in many different churches over the years.
One memorable one was a Unitarian Universalist Church. The female Head 'Pastor' looked the part of a bull-dyke and on her office door proudly displayed the Darwin fish.
Exactly. We just lived under years of evil. We still have no idea just how evil, more comes out every day. You would think that would give people pause- make them wonder.
People are being ridiculed and worse in this country for being Christian. People are being ridiculed and worse for being Republican and/or conservative. People are being bullied for their beliefs if they are not the beliefs of progressives/liberals/Democrats. People are being censured on the internet, and in media for posting/speaking against the progressives or in support of conservatives. It is not a far leap to see what could happen with a national ID at the fingertips of evil. Think of all the information that would be at the fingertips of power and what that could mean if the power was a force of evil.
It is a fact that most of the information about us is already out there on most of us. We are tracked by someone already from cradle to grave. The thing is that information is not now found in one location, it is scattered like the wind throughout many agencies at all levels of government. Everyone does not now have access to all of that information. No one has easy access to all that information. A national ID could easily be used to gather all of that information onto one card with a chip- so we would essentially be chipped- what would be the difference if it was in our body or on a required card?
We can now choose to keep our views to ourselves in certain settings like work. The reality is if there were a national ID our views could be predicted based on information about us being on the same ID that would be required to get a job, travel, possibly vote, or even buy groceries for that matter.
It is not a stretch, not a stretch at all.
Just simply saying, quoting Scripture and the truth about islam and Bible Prophecy (especially) was not well-received by a few - including my SJW boss.
Who thought I should attend their seminary - which hardly knew the first thing about Bible Prophecy. IOW, the plain reading of Scripture.
