Well, i wouldn't go that far, but I will say that my conclusions about Q are based on simple logic, reasoning, and plain old horse sense.

I still believe that Mueller is a Weasel, but would like to know if he is currently getting IC intel on the Trump Team.
I’m sure presidents do visit NSA from time to time, but if NotQ is in a position to know the President will be going there tonight (ostensibly to fetch 7 years worth of intel on baddies), AND if he’s an ally, why would he blab that to the whole world?
That alone, tells me that this NotQ character is a fraud.
