A kind FReeper sent me the link and when I asked for clarification, they replied with the following intriguing email
"My understanding is that it was released globally by William Binney, who is the man Trump has put in charge of cleaning up the NSA. Apparently, the four page memo in Congress is a summary of this document. Memogate is definitely big, but that, right now, is referring to the 4 page document authored by Nunes."
I appreciate leads like this. So we're putting this document forward for those FReepers who may wish to investigate it. I would credit the FReeper but I don't know if that sounds like "sic'em" in troll speak. :)
Have seen main document all 99 pages. Makes me dizzy!!!!! Ordinary Americans can not understand legal language!!! Has nothing to do with intellect! Need ciphering much like q posts.
Laws should be written for ordinary people to understand!
Will take your word that it’s hard to read. But this document is classified government information which is ordinarily never released to the public.
Q has said directly to Q researchers (not an official Q drop) that the release of classified information coming our way is of historic proportions (i.e., no American population has ever been given access to this kind of classification.
