Conan O’Brien claimed Haiti “is truly a beautiful country” while he stayed at a luxury resort last week. O’Brien made the trip to Haiti in response to allegations that President Trump had called Haiti a “shithole,” prompting a slew of rich celebrities, including O’Brien, to attempt to prove otherwise.

Two of the STUPIDEST people I ever encountered in the Marine Corps were brothers from Haiti. How they ever got in, I have no idea, must have been a desperate recruiter.

I don't think they even spoke English. I'd say something to one of them, and he would just look at me like a tilty-head dog.

Decades ago our cruise ship docked at their Haiti location for a buffet meal. I wandered around outside the building and witnessed a native guy urinating in the same stream other cruise passengers later waded in.
