All that wood and water in a natural setting built in 1968. They don’t build modern houses like that anymore. Most of Miami is a dump, but there are some really nice areas.

Beautiful design, but having been around a few homes with indoor pools, hot tubs, water features and such, as well as this one being in very humid Florida, I’d imagine controlling humidity is a severe challenge to the point that the windows sweat constantly and mold or mildew can take hold if it’s not constantly cleaned with something to kill or at least inhibit the growth of it. A lot of work in other words, and a maintenance headache.
