“Windows have been smashed”
Sorry Apple, windows is alive and well. I’m surprised the Beatles never tried taking Apple to court for stealing their corporate name.
LOL! Joke wouldn't work if Microsoft named the product "Doors"; but then again neither does their product work.
Apple did get sued by the Beatles. They had an agreement to use the Apple name as long as they didn’t get into the music business. Well, Apple did get into music, big time, and settled with the Beatles corporate entity by paying big bucks to continue using the “Apple” name as well as selling music.

As of the time of this article (2010), dispute wasn’t over. But was soon resolved and Apple Inc. then offered Beatles tunes on iTunes (which I purchased and enjoy listening to the Beatles tunes).
They targeted the wrong bus since they didn’t like Windows...
LOL !!!!
Damn rents to high ???
Do I care what happens in Nigeria?
Do I care what happens in Iran?
Do I care what happens in Angola?
Do I care what happens in Haiti?
Do I care what happens in Cuba?
A resounding NO to all of these crapholes!
So why should I care what happens in San Francisco, Sacramento or LA?...Just another bunch of foreign crapholes!
Well, the rents are high throughout the SF Bay Area. I mentioned the techie commuter buses at Glen Park BART station in San Francisco. Rents there run about $5000 a month and up, and are driving out non-techies, while techies are flooding into the area. My wife manages her mother's affairs, and we just sold her mom's home in Glen Park district a few months ago after we remodeled it for the last couple years. Home is a few blocks from the BART station. I had previously mentioned on threads that homes here were appreciating about 10 percent a year, and were selling on average $300G over asking prices; some here scoffed at that. We priced the home at $1.2M after looking at comparison sales in the neighborhood (which by themselves were high), and the home sold within the week for $1.5M with competing buyers. Absolutely crazy, techies with lots of money to burn.
Anyway, they buy here, then hop on the techie commuter buses that take them to Google, Yahoo, Apple, etc. for work. The non-techies are jealous/envious and are moving out as rents climb ever higher. So yes, rents are too high.
Anyone noticed them, blacks and nazis all laying low. Maybe they got jobs or that last attack in Arizona slowed them down when their buddy got it in the privates.
Most of them are probably from India anyways......
So how far out does one have to go before sanity starts to appear in the housing market?
Heres a good link without the Google redirect nonsense.

Microsoft Terrorists???
We left S.F. In the opposite direction during morning commute. I swear that the three lanes of traffic stretched for 50 miles.
Windows smashed?
Just stop the bus and restart it.
Beware of the BLUE windSCREEN of death!
Hwy 280 is faster than Hwy 101 for reaching San Jose and Santa Clara from SF. Hwy 280 is max 70mph, while Hwy 101 I believe is 50mph. Plus there is a bottleneck on Hwy 101 by SFO airport. So switching the buses from 280 to 101 increased the time for the commute. Both freeways are jammed in the morning commute. It's about 45 miles between borders of SF and San Jose give or take where you're headed, so you're probably on target. People here are used to commuting in heavy traffic for up to 100 miles to reach their jobs. Not me; I always tried to live close to my job and avoid the traffic jams.

“Luckily, no one seems to have been injured yet.”
