On Friday DOJ officials in the District of Maryland announced Mark Lambert from Mount Airy, Maryland was indicted with 11 counts related to foreign bribery.
The charges stem from an alleged scheme by Lambert to bribe Vadim Mikerin, a Russian official at JSC Techsnabexport (TENEX), a subsidiary of Russia’s State Atomic Energy Corporation and the sole supplier and exporter of Russian Federation uranium and uranium enrichment services to nuclear power companies worldwide.
In June 2015, Lambert’s former co-president, Daren Condrey, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate the FCPA and commit wire fraud, and Vadim Mikerin pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit money laundering involving violations of the FCPA.
The case against Lambert is assigned to U.S. District Court Judge Theodore D. Chuang of the District of Maryland.
On September 25, 2013, President Barack Obama nominated Chuang to serve as a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, to the seat being vacated by Judge Roger W. Titus, who took senior status on January 17, 2014. Chuang's nomination was strongly supported by Maryland's two U.S. senators, Ben Cardin and Barbara Mikulski.
Theodore David Chuang (born October 17, 1969) is a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and former Deputy General Counsel of the United States Department of Homeland Security.
He began his legal career as a law clerk for Judge Dorothy W. Nelson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, from 1994 to 1995. From 1995 to 1998, he served as a trial attorney in the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice. From 1998 to 2004, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the District of Massachusetts. He served as counsel at the law firm of Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr LLP in Washington, D.C. from 2004 to 2007. From 2007 to 2009, he was Deputy Chief Investigative Counsel for the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. In 2009, he was Chief Investigative Counsel for the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. From 2009 until his confirmation as a federal judge in 2014, he served as Deputy General Counsel of the United States Department of Homeland Security.
Assistant Attorney General Leslie R. Caldwell of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division
Caldwell served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of New York from 1987 to 1998, after which she was recruited by then US Attorney Robert S. Mueller III to serve as Chief of the Criminal Division and Chief of the Securities Fraud Section of the United States Attorney’s office for the Northern District of California; she served from 1999 to 2002.
In 2002, Caldwell was selected to lead a team of investigators and prosecutors in the Department of Justice’s Enron Task Force. In that role, she recruited a team of federal prosecutors and agents from around the country to investigate the collapse of the former Fortune No. 7 company. Under Caldwell’s leadership, more than 30 individuals were successfully prosecuted for their roles in fraud at Enron.

And Sessions needs to go, so that any special counsel appointed to investigate this, isn't assigned to Rosenstein, since Sessions is recused on anything related to the Clinton Foundation. And a special counsel is essential, to have a separate Grand Jury and hopefully completely avoid this judge.

The Congressional committee's called for a special prosecutor. Acting AG, Rod Rosenswamp responds with the same team of white washing prosecutors that prosecuted the first case.

BTW, Rosenstein's wife is a DC swamp attorney who's law firm has done numerous work for Obama and the Clintons. Do a search on Lisa Barsoomian.
