n which the symptoms become worsesufferers report a reduction in libido, muscle mass and changes in mood. How do they know this is caused by the pain they are taking the ibuprofen for? I know when I'm in pain, my libido is reduced. My mood ain't so great, either.

Ibuprofen can cause problems if overused, but then so can aspirin and acetaminophen. Ibuprofen isn’t as bad as acetaminophen in my opinion and it seems to be more effective.

much bigger problems than "shrinkage" due to chronic consumption of non-aspirin NSAIDs, ESPECIALLY for those with any kind of heart disase:
