Randy Travis' DWI arrest video has finally been released by Texas officials, and it's apparent the singer is out of it.
The video is 3 hours long ... we've posted a portion where Randy is clearly agitated and praying to God.
The 2012 footage of Randy's arrest was released Monday after a federal judge denied the country singer's request to keep it private.
As we reported ... Travis filed a lawsuit in September to keep his arrest vid under wraps, claiming it would be a violation of his privacy rights because he was exhausted, intoxicated and medicated.
Travis crashed his Trans Am and was found naked at the crash scene after walking to a convenience store ... also in the nude.

In the video, Travis indicates he has been drinking and popping pills.

During a camping trip a while back he was drinking while on the medication then suddenly he went completely PSYCHO....even on me.
A complete Doctor Jekyll Mr. Hyde experience.
It was bad, REAL BAD.
My bud who also was his best friend banned him from his land in the NH woods ever since.
Pills and booze DO NOT MIX.

The appeal of country music (the real stuff, not the auto-tuned pabulum so often peddled now) is the raw reality of it, the country legends lived a life and royally screwed up at times Johnny Cash springs to mind. This won’t hurt Randy Travis with his fans, not the majority of them. Even the devout believe in redemption. Confess that he’s sinned, ask for forgiveness. They’ll forgive him.
The funniest thing is Travis buck nekkid with the seat belt strapped over him as he was ranting and raving. BTW, Charles, that rant could be turned into a Randy Travis style country song.
