AMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – A Florida woman is responding after a man accused her of owning a bobcat that attacked him inside a condo at a downtown Tampa high-rise.
Marcos Hernandez, who is represented by the Morgan & Morgan law firm, filed the lawsuit last month in Hillsborough County against SkyPoint Condominium Association, Inc. and Christine Lee.
Lee tells News Channel 8 that his claims aren’t true. She says the alleged bobcat is actually a domestic long-hair tortoiseshell cat named “Calli.”

After my dad had open heart surgery and he came home, he had visiting nurses that came once a day.
His cat, which used to be my cat and became our cat after my dad moved in with me and my cat again after my father died, Zelda was absolutely the sweetest and friendliest cat ever.
Zelda one day jumped up on the lap of one of the visiting nurses and evidently the nurse being afraid of or just hating cats, she jumped up and while throwing Zelda off of her lap, got a very slight nick from one of her claws.
The Nurse filed a police report and a complaint against my father saying that Zelda was a vicious animal and had attacked her.
It was a bit of nightmare for a time. My dad had to take Zelda to a veterinarian for an evaluation.
The vet’s opinion was that the only fear that one should have from being around Zelda is that she would snuggle and purr you to death.
Will the jury have the power to deport him? 😃
Most kitties are going to hide when strangers come around. Some will walk up like, “who are yo,u and what is your business here?” Still others will attack, IF you attack them or their people.
Florida does it laid back.
