Post 56: How does Xavier Becerra get impacted by this E.O.?

=======

It seems Imran Awan & DWS & Xavier Becerra can get whacked under this. ( Like RICO is not just for the mafia)

Looks like Xavier moved his entire office staff out of DC and installed them in Sacramento, keeping them under his watchful eye and protective wing.    /sarc

and the media’s silence on that EO is deafening. Given their history and character or lack of, they should be screaming bloody murder saying this is Trump setting himself up as dictator, judge jury and executioner etc but..............nada

thanks. I understand. DWS & Becerra haven’t been charged with anything. And Imran Awan was charged with bank fraud ? How does that fit ?

“But convicting Hillary...that’s dangerous politically.”

I believe you are right on that, but I keep hoping that there will be SO much stuff on her lackeys, that even the press and Dim voters will demand to see her swing.

You know, even hardened criminals in prison will beat the crap out of a child molester - NOT saying that’s what she did, just saying that even the worst folks have a line they won’t tolerate others crossing.

.....seems Imran Awan, D/W/S & Xavier Becerra can get whacked under this E/O. (RICO's not just for mafia). Note that Xavier moved his entire DC office staff and installed them in Sacramento, keeping them under his watchful eye and protective wing.

Xavier wants them close. Ya jest n-e-v-a-h know when those California Dreamin'
types might get high and spill the Paki beans on Xavier............and D/W/S.

Considering the number of individuals transplanted from DC to Sacramento by Xavier, did Senator Harris relocate her loyal staff to DC?

Did any of California’s legal issues fall through the cracks in the transition?

Hopefully, Kamala left her hard drive behind so Xavier could review recent activity.    /sarc

BITT asked earlier: Daily Caller's Luke Rosiak reported that even though D/W/S knew Imran was under suspicion for possible spying in Sept 2016, Debbie Democrat then hired his wife Hina Alvi...........is this blackmail?

We need to get Xavier Becerra to answer that question. D/W/S hired Alvi but she was assigned to then-Cong Becerra to work in the House Democratic Caucus which Becerra chaired. Alvi was the only IT officially authorized to use Becerra's equipment. She is on record as logging on about 300 times......as the rest of the Awan crew were accessing intel on Becerra's computer thousands of times using Becerra's passwords and codes.

Becerra was looking the other way (snort).

Becerra---now Cali's top lawman----refuses to answer questions about this.

Looks like Becerra and House Democrats have taken organized crime's "Oath of Omerta."

People focus on foreign in the E.O. when it also reads corruption and is specific about it.
It seems to not only address the pitchers but the catchers.

who it applies to is in the following "i" sections (note sec iii and it's sub sections):

(i) the persons listed in the Annex to this order
(ii) any foreign person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General:
(iii)any person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General:

again, i could be mis-reading this to death...

(Snort) Kamala’s hard drives are good for nothing.

All she did was order Viagra online for her sex romps with the ex-Mayor.

Thank you for your great comments. Please hang in their with me for a few moments.

There was a great posting a few days ago, on an article titled "A church-going society is a healthier one." In an awesome follow-up comment by dfwgator, our FRiend recounted a Philadelphia pastor's theory of life if Satan ran the City, that:

..all of the bars would be closed, pornography banished, and pristine streets would be filled with tidy pedestrians who smiled at each other. There would be no swearing. The children would say "Yes, sir" and "No, ma'am," and the churches would be full every Sunday...where Christ was not preached.”

I followed dfwgator's link to an underlying article, and read this equally-awesome comment...while it covers successful autist Temple Grandin's insight into the importance of keeping cattle stress-free (i.e., removing "novelty") prior to processing (the stress apparently releases chemicals that tarnish the meat), the awesomeness comes at the end:

“...the insight that novelty distresses cows. A slaughterhouse, then, in order to keep the cattle relaxed, should remove anything from the sight of the animals that isn’t completely familiar. The real problem is novelty… Workers shouldn’t yell at the cows, she said, and they should never ever use cattle prods…If you just keep the cows contented and comfortable, they’ll go wherever they’re led……” to their slaughter.

Our society, our culture, has become numbed...the "novelty" of Nixon's errors are passe. The "novelty" of Clinton suborning perjury is ho-hum. The weaponization of the IRS...c'mon, every Administration is crooked; who cares? And off to slaughter we go...

This is why I was saying, that convicting Hillary for things that most of us normal people still consider crimes, but which our numbed fellow citizens no longer consider "novelty", presents a tough political decision.

But crimes against children....THAT "novelty" remains one of the few remaining things that can agitate the entire civilized world, regardless of party, race, creed, or national origin. You need to look no further than Judge Moore - yes, his candidacy had other issues and problems - the whiff of pederasty made lots of people run away.

If Hillary really is mixed up in that kind of business, and Trump and Sessions have uncovered all sorts of evidence, then that "novelty" must be revealed and pursued.

This is why I joined FR...for healthy discourse and to up my own game. Thanks for listening.

Anthony Weiner pleaded guilty.

I thought it was obvious that I was referring to politically related crimes, not sexual crimes, or financial crimes, or violent crimes.

Sorry for the confusion.
