The Oregon Court of Appeals unanimously upheld a ruling — and a $135,000 fine — that two Gresham bakery owners discriminated against a gay couple by refusing to make them a wedding cake, violating Oregon law.
The courts did reverse a portion of the Bureau of Labor and Industries decision that said Melissa and Aaron Klein violated Oregon law by communicating their intent to discriminate against same-sex couples in the future.
The appeals court decision, released Thursday, came almost nine months after attorneys representing the Kleins and the attorneys for the Bureau of Labor and Industries argued before the three-judge panel.

Bakers and Christian service businesses need to preemptively protect themselves while taking this to SCOTUS by refusing to do ANY custom work and offering menu only choices, one size fits all.
If you can't find it on the menu then we don't sell it, period.
The Bakers could offer a box of sugar block letters for the customer to use as he sees fit.
A similar case is before the Supreme Court right now. This case will likely be determined by the what the Supreme Court decides in the Colorado gay wedding cake case.

SCOTUS is hearing a very similar case right now, and no matter how they rule, Muslimes are more protected than Faggots so they will be exempt like politicians and judges.
The case (baker Jack Phillips out of Colorado) has been heard. It seemed to go well. We now wait for the ruling.
