Los Angeles Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball bought his parents a Rolls-Royce for Christmas, which Im pretty sure fulfills a Christmas wish LaVar Ball made when he and wife Tina had their first son 20 years ago.

What about pucks?
Sell it and invest the money so you can give him an allowance after he goes broke.
Magnum had a sharp car. I liked it a lot.
I doubt 6’3/ 260 pound me would fare well in it.
My FIL has had Vipers, Corvettes, and some other sports cars and I could barely fit in.
His money
Cars like that can easily be $1500 a month to insure, but anyone who can afford one can get package insurance with other insurance products that make the car insurance portion a relative bargain.
Or they raised their kids to love the publicity. A tie wouldn’t make headlines but a car would. And who thought to notify the presses, huh?
The kid did a nice thing for his Mom and Dad. Way too much on a car in my opinion but it is his money to do with it as he wishes.
True, but you can show love and appreciation without throwing cash around.
MANY pro athletes spend money on parties, their posse, and stupid business ventures.
MANY pro athletes end up bankrupt, instead of being set for life.
I’m simple. 2018 Lexus LC500H Coup.
A Priest I respect recommends you perform one small act of Charity/kindness/giving each day, and NEVER tell anyone what you did.
I wouldn’t want a Rolls-Royce if you gave me one because I couldn’t possibly afford to maintain it.
How about the registration??/
I am a big basketball fan, and have “Ball family fatigue”. ESPN tweets something about them every day. Lonzo seems to be a good kid. Not the greatest, but doesn’t run his mouth like his dad. I am not sure to be sorry for the kid, for his dad or not.
All the Lavar crap has definitely hurt his son in the NBA this year. He has a big target on his back. He will be a good NBA player I believe. But the Lakers could have done better draft pick wise. I the the DeAron FOx kid is a better point guard.
The whole thing with the shoplifting kid in China, then dissing Trump for getting them out. Really tired of the dad.
To be certain that is a wonderful gesture but...
Charles Haley was the first NFL player to wear five Super Bowl rings, playing for Dallas and SF.
Charles grew up in tiny Naruna, VA and went to HS at William Campbell HS.
James Madison was the only college to recruit him.
After being drafted by the 49’ers he began taking care of his family.
He quietly purchased land in Naruna and built his parents a nice home which he paid to maintain.
On his frequent visits home he would stop by the local stores and hangouts to check in with old friends and schoolmates.
He would also visit his old HS and college coaches.
He did this quietly, without fanfare or bragging.
Charles never forgot where he came from.
I’m not impressed. A Rolls...? I’d rather have a nice $65,000 F350 pick up...or the new Ford Ranger...
for there trips to, Lithuania where rolls, is standard transportation
Dad seems like the type to have drilled into his kids to never have unprotected sex. Probably would have a condom surgically attached to them if he could ; )
Did he shoplift it?
