Baker possesses 47 hard disks containing data on a massive surveillance operation overseen by John Brennan and James Clapper which allegedly spied on Trump Tower and now-President Donald Trump, according to a whistleblower.

“I provided to the FBI seventeen businesses of Donald Trump, including the Trump Tower, the Trump leasing programs, all of these different programs, and including Trump himself and the various family members that had been wiretapped under these programs,” (Dennis) Montgomery said in the interview. “There has been a wiretap on Trump for years.”

Montgomery provided the proof of the surveillance program to Judge Royce Lamberth in Washington, D.C. in a videotaped deposition. Montgomery named names–specifically John Brennan and James Clapper at that interview in December of 2015. Montgomery turned over 600 million pages of documentation.

Many of the Sessions bashers are Trump worshippers. Don’t they get it that if Trump were really dissatisfied with Sessions, he would can him in a nanosecond just as he’s canned so many others who crossed him or were inept.

So the obvious question is,

1) what are the rules regarding *reporting* of DOJ investigations into leaks of classified info, to Congress? Include timing, scope, how often updated?

2) Who are the recipients of said reports? Would Nunes be on the list? And if so, is that regular updates during the course of the investigation, or only when it's all done, or only for certain types of leaks, or only of leaks on certain topics?

When Zullo and Gallups said Apaio shut down the investigation due to “Universe Shattering” developments, I guess having the CIA and NSA spying on the FBI so that even if they were clean, which they were NOT, no progress could be made in bringing Barry to justice qualifies I would say!

Baker was suppressing both the spying on Trump AND Barry’s forged BC and BOTH could come out!
