I was a great Ayn Rand fan until I read some of the totally sychophantic garbage she had her acolytes write abut her. Looks like the Witch is reaching a similar point of utter, psychotic conceit, a point even beyond Obola’s.

In her book the Witch said she spent about 6 hours a day on makeup during the campaign, probable one of her few truthful remarks. In mmany cases it was definitely a good job, probably one done by a master mortician.

Actually, they polish turds in Alaska all the time. At least they used to. Polished moose turds, shellacked them, and turned them in to souvenirs for tourists. Earrings, tops of swizzle sticks, etc. Woolworths had a whole section in the store.

No doubt she was very complicated. I've read most of her works, at least three times for Atlas Shrugged, and tremendously admired her philosophy. My problem with her is personal in that he set out to do something that was almost Stalinist, albeit without either the mass murder or contemplation thereof: she set out to create, and created, a personality cult centered on herself. Indeed, the works written by her acolytes to idolize her were as repulsively sychophantic as anything written by Arthur Schlesinger, Jr. to idolize the Kennedys. That's why I turned off on her as a person.

According to the article “Mrs. Clinton commissioned several articles about herself.” so it sounds to me like she’s paying for enough of it that it wouldn’t be a donation.
