I dated a smart young girl about 20 years ago who decided to go on to get a Ph.D. She lost interest in me after she kept climbing ranks in academia and I dropped out of college due to a fat job offer. She wasn’t a looker and while I thought we’d have very smart kids, she considered me below her once she got higher up in the degree food chain. Today she makes less money than me, has lots of cats, and is a sexless spinster.

Since women marry up, a woman getting high-level degrees is the equivalent of a man cutting his testicles off. She has no marriage prospects above her unless she’s very pretty and most men above her going to pick from the cream of the crop hot young girls instead of little Miss Ph.D. with cats.
