Rep. Jim Jordan Drops a Stunner: We're Going to Subpoena FBI's Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) revealed on Saturday that he wants to “subpoena” FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCable and Peter Strzok, the FBI official who was removed from the agency’s Russia probe after his anti-Trump text messages came to light.

“We're going to subpoena Andrew McCabe, subpoena Peter Strzok,” Jordan said.

“Let’s get all the documents, let’s bring them in for depositions,” the Republican added. “Let’s put them on the same witness stand that Rosenstein sat in last week and Sessions sat on a few weeks ago and ask them the same tough questions so the American people can get the answers.”

The clever part seems to be that former House investigatory chairman just said in multiple TV interviews that Sessions was refusing to enforce subpeonas of Clinton associates such as her IT lead. That will put huge pressure on Sessions, especially if McCabe continues to refuse to testify.

Chaffetz said that Sessions also had told him that he would not prosecute Bryan Pagliano, Hillary Clinton's former chief tech staffer, who had refused a Congressional subpoena to testify about the 2016 Democratic nominee's use of a private email server.

Sessions had also refused to make documents on the Fast and Furious scandal public following the death of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, Chaffetz said.

That is about the dumbest thing I read in a month. Look at a timelime and try to make sense of what you posted.

I don’t disagree with you. It is the dumbest thing I written in quite awhile. But what I propose is a possible Desparation Strategy by Strzok et al to explain the inexplicable Insurance Policy text message.

Otherwise it the Fifth Amendment for all of them.

And it was a bit of a joke. Something to wake the Freepers up on a lazy Sunday morning.

“Going to...” and I am “going to” poop twice today. Nothing will happen. Congressional constipation.

Q: Wonder if they’re planning to depose Christopher Steele....

My understanding is he's been invited multiple times, and a Congressional delegation even went to London to try to talk to him, but he's. not an American and has so far refused to cooperate in any way.

The American people don’t need “the answers”.

The jury will, though.

What if “Pete Stroke” doesn’t show up?

Only 20% will be seen. Who is sworn to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foriegn and domestic?

Who did POTUS thank last week?
Who is the CinC?
What needs to happen for the POTUS to use MI?

He wasn’t suppose to win. The good guys are in control.

Think. Be vigilant. Have faith.

God Bless President Trump and God bless the USA!

Ah, but he doesn’t have to be am American...

If both countries are party to the Hague Convention, and the UK is IIRC, the UK’s court system is under obligation to assist with the deposition.

Great point, but my guess is you’d have to get do-nothing Sessions to extradite? Then without a charge he could just refuse to answer the questions? That might get him a contempt charge, but then Sessions would have to prosecute?

What if “Pete Stroke” doesn’t show up?

Then the deep state coverup blows open even wider.

While they are at it, I wish they would bring Session’s back in and demand he do his job.

No one can convince me that he isn’t being blackmailed. You don’t go from being a stellar Senator to a weakened, hiding, AG for no reason.

This time. Make them swear on a bible to tell the truth.

Then trap them in perjury.

“...put more pressure on Sessions to actually do something...”

Ha! You could put Sessions in an industrial press and he would DO NOTHING. He’s terrified of and totally submissive to his Deep State staff.

Sessions is keeping quiet because he doesn’t want to be outed with his boyfriend. Hillary’s had his FBI file since the 90s.

The MSM has so far refused to report the real meat of the text msg scandal. So the greater public still is waiting for Trump indictments. When will they be forced to report and tell the people?

My guess - they will show up, because if they didn’t, it would spark MUCH more press coverage, and possibly force Sessions to have to enforce their appearance.

But, they won’t say much, if anything at all, citing some reason why it’s supposedly illegal for them to talk about it, and that their even being called there jeapordizes some investigation, etc, trying to make themselves look like gailant warriors being unfairly picked on.

I’ll let you guess what the media will report, then, but I think we’re reaching a tipping point on people trusting the FBI, beacause the media’s normal audience of Democratic voters aren’t big fans of the FBI anyway.

Next time one of these pukes appears at a congressional hearing, it might be advisable to have Sal and Vito from Jersey present to give gentle reminders of how the future might look after lying your ass off. That exchange a few days ago between Smith and Rosenstein should be taught as a classic example to students everywhere of what obstruction looks like.

ABOVE ALL, ONE QUESTION MUST BE ASKED ABOUT THAT "INSURANCE POLICY":
do any of these people know about an assassination attempt against Trump?

(Merely asking the question is enough....we know what the answers will be.)
