Maybe the jury will take up a collection and serve his time for him.

The molester in this case plead no contest. He was then put on probation for five years. Probation!

Yeah, I’d say the state failed the woman.

Sounds like he could have gotten away with it had he made it look more like self-defense and both kept their yaps shut. Oh well.

This is a clear indication that our “justice system” is not working properly.

The state is supposed to punish murder, so that private citizens won’t feel compelled to avenge it. There are far too many vengeance incidents in recent years, because the state is not punishing murder appropriately.

Same goes for crimes like this. This is something else that leftards have done, and which must be undone. “Statutory minimum sentences” is not the answer. Tried, and failed. But how to make liberal judges sentence criminals appropriately?

Juries need to know that they can ignore a judge’s orders AND ignore the law. Vote your conscience people. Jury nullification is a basic tenet of our legal system.

I have yet to figure out why they are using the word “Molested”. Should they not be using the word “Raped”.

“I made her life better by what I did,” he says of Monk. “That’s enough for me.”

Duh, now you are both in jail!

My novel, The Justice Cooperative, is about an organization that eliminates your enemy while you have an alibi, provided you first eliminate someone else's enemy while they have an alibi. Available from Amazon.

It’s a shame that the jury did not accept the He Needed Killing defense.

Court documents show Monk began living with Noce at age 2, when he and the girl’s mother began a relationship.

The girl’s mother left the following year after she claimed Noce had raped her, but she told authorities she left Monk, then 3, and an infant daughter with her ex-boyfriend because she was unable to care for the girls.

A grand jury indicted Noce in 2013 for the aggravated rape of a child, but prosecutors agreed to allow him to plead no contest – which is not an admission of guilt – to a reduced charge.

Judge Trudy White sentenced Noce to 10 years in prison but credited him for 19 days of time served, and she suspended the rest of the sentence and instead placed him on five years probation.

“We do not live in a country where we as a society are allowed to take the law into our own hands and do justice,” Darwin Miller said during closing arguments Thursday.”

I disagree. You can bring justice to someone, you may have to sacrifice dearly to do so, but you can bring justice.

He did the justice that the justice system refuses to do. He should be rewarded, not punished.

Back in the early seventies, my best buddy from childhood claimed to have killed a man who raped his fiance.

There were no witnesses, and he didn’t leave any evidence behind that could implicate him, so the killing was filed as ‘unsolved’.

He never felt an ounce of remorse for it.
