I'd be more interested in the "proof" of dinosaur feathers.

Most paleontologists / paleobiologists think dinos were birds and are very frequently called non-avian dinosaurs...

Well, for a start, if it wasn’t a dinosaur feather, then what kind of feather was it. 99 million years ago there were no birds.
