When President Trump announced on Wednesday that the United States recognizes Jerusalem as Israel's official capital, we all knew that not everybody would welcome the news. Since then, the entire Islamic world has condemned Jerusalem's recognition and protests have erupted all over the Middle East.
Sadly, that Jew-hatred is also visible in Europe. The day after Trump's announcement, a man took it a step further. He went to a Jewish restaurant in Amsterdam and smashed in its windows. The man was carrying a Palestinian flag and shouted "Allahu Akhbar" when he committed this clearly anti-Semitic crime. At the end of the day, it was reported that the perpetrator is a supposed "refugee." Although Dutch public channel the NOS reports that it's not clear where the refugee hails from exactly, it's clear from what region. He angrily shouted "Palestine!" and "Allahu Akbar!" several times when he attacked the Jewish restaurant.
Shockingly, some Dutch politicians blame the attack on Trump. Local liberal-democrat leader (D66) Reinier van Dantzig, for instance, tweeted:
"Terrible that this has happened. You can see that unthoughtful statements by the leader of the free world can have direct consequences. Let it be clear that there's no room for intolerance in Amsterdam!"
In other words: it's Trump's fault.
This is insanity. There is no excuse whatsoever for the "refugee" to attack a Jewish restaurant just because he's angry with Israel and Trump. If a Dutchman attacked a Turkish kebab store because of something the Saudi king said about Turkey, we would never hear the end of it -- and rightfully so.

“Let it be clear that there’s no room for intolerance in Amsterdam!”
Such as a Muslim refugee trashing a Jewish deli? Indeed.
Open a ribs joint across from every Mosque. Call the chain the Heavenly Scent.
Jihadis gotta jihad.
They’ve been doing it for 1395 years.
The Dutch let them in...
If there is no room for intolerance why are the muslims still there, they are the savages, the intolerant to the perverted thoelogy
“He angrily shouted “Palestine!” and “Allahu Akbar!” several times when he attacked the Jewish restaurant.”
Just a misunderstood yute.
Kristallnacht II: Islamic Boogaloo.
The Muslim world got rid of their craziest by sending them to Europe. The biggest suckers on the planet are the Europeans.
Europeans are rightly disgusted (and maybe embarrassed) by the Nazi race policies of WW II.
So in their determination not to be like the Nazis, they are letting in the Muslims. What these Europeans don’t understand is that the Muslims ARE today’s Nazis.
Is He dead..why not?
Once again, a gun free zone!!
You can see that unthoughtful statements by the leader of the free world can have direct consequences. Let it be clear that there’s no room for intolerance in Amsterdam!
Maybe I need to rethink my position on drug legalization, it appears to have had serious negative long term effects in Amsterdam.
Is the whole city Brain Dead or just the ones that can still speak?
They are actually repeating Nazi policies. The Muslims were allies of Hitler in WWII. Iran changed its name to mean “land of the Aryans” to appease Hitler. Europeans think that by inviting in Muslims they’re not being anti-Semitic, when we all know that it’s the Jews the Nazis hated, not Arabs.
No big deal. You can destroy a Jewish restaurant in Europe and they’ll cluck about it a little bit. BUT, drape a strip of bacon over a mosque’s doorknob, and you’ll be lucky to see the light of day in a decade or two.
At this point I think Holland can be the new Palestinian State.
I see no evidence of antisemitism or even of motive. I am clueless on what we could have done to cause this gentleman to engage in such unexpected behavior.
The left is going to go wild blaming this and all the others to come on Trump. That was predictable. They will never blame it on the evil subhuman ideology of death and destruction.
I guess he prefers the Aloha Snackbar instead of the restaurant.
