Are we not going to follow due process any longer? Can we all just make claims and then get someone fired? I don’t know who this actor is nor have I seen The Ranch, but don’t we have to follow any rule of law?
Your employer is under no obligation to wait for a jury verdict to fire you... the government can’t put you in jail without a formal arrest/charge... but your employer can fire you for whatever reason.
Early 2000 he was young and on a hit TV show.... don’t know exactly what the allegations are... so won’t speak to them, but I really doubt he was having trouble getting laid.

In Hollywood, where ‘Image is EVERYTHING!’ due process is non-existent. Usually there is in every actors contract a ‘Morality Clause’ that allows them to be fired for just such things..................

Rule of law? Are you kidding? Run for President and then get accused of grabbing women on an airplane and it is counted as the God’s honest truth by half the country. If he was in the same zip code at the time of the alleged offense he MUST be guilty.
